Paypal/Paymate accepts Visa or Mastercard and AMEX credit cards. You can also pay using your Paypal/Paymate balance if you are a Paypal/Paymate account holder.
WE DO NOT STORE ANY CREDIT CARD DETAILS ON THIS SITE.

Shipping Process
- All orders placed online will receive a "Pending" acknowledgement.
- All confirmed orders will receive an "Processing" acknowledgement indicating that the order is processed and you will receive an email confirming the status and tracking information ».
- If you have ordered Pre-Order or Back Order [see terms] Items, item wont be processed until we receive the good, once posted you will receive email from us.
- Once the items are posted, your order status will be set to "Complete".
- Not all goods sold are exchangeable*.
if Items are shipped to you in error
- We ask that you contact » us by email or fax within 7 days of receiving the goods, and we reserve the right to ignore any claims made after this time.
- We will provide you with a full refund or exchange.
- We will also cover your return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and via the shipping method that we specify.
if Clearance Items
Please note that clearance items cannot be returned, as they are offered at a greatly discounted price and will not be restocked.
All Other Returns
- We require that you contact » us by within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please include your reasons for return, so that we may better serve you in future.
- Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
- We charge a 10% restocking fee, and we cannot refund the return shipping costs.
Damaged Items:
For your peace of mind, we use Australia Post Registered service for all shipment. No matter how much you order we add extra cover to ensure all content shipped are covered by insurance. Hence if you receive an item that is damaged please follow instruction listed below:
- Take a picture of the box
- Take a picture of the damage content

Orders up to A$299.00 is flat A$15.00 [Australia Only]
Free ShippingWhen you are ordering from Australia [all states] and your cart value equals to A$300.00 or OVER the shipping charge fee is FREE.

Delivery
Recipient's address must be correct and customers are advised to ensure that someone is there to receive the products upon arrival. A maximum of 7 working days will be required for the arrival of products upon confirmation of payment [in Holiday season it may take longer].

If you disagree you can return item within 7 days of purchase. We will refund you the item cost after we receive the goods from you. The goods needs to be returned in perfect conditions without damage to any items or packaging. The postage cost is not refundable.
